This LG 36,000 BTU tri zone Art Cool (cooling only) mini split features three 12,000 BTU Art Cool Square Metal Finish evaporators and a 36,000 BTU capacity condenser. This tri zone mini split operates at 13 SEER.
This multi power system offers three way cooling, plasma air purifying, temperature display on indoor units and a dehumidifying mode. Comes with three remote controls and batteries.
Note: Always use a HVAC contractor to install mini splits. Vacuuming and charging of the lineset / system is required during installation which needs to be done by a contractor. Do not try to install the product yourself; improper installation can result in water or refrigerant leakage, electrical shock, fire or explosion. Depending on code requirements, an electrician may also be needed to install a dedicated power circuit.
